Who We Are

A Local Team That Actually Shows Up Prepared

5 Star Garage Door Service isn't a booking hotline that farms your Napoleon, OH job out to whoever's cheapest that week — we run our own crews and stand behind the work.

That distinction matters more than most homeowners realize until they've had a bad experience with the alternative.

Professional Garage Door technician working in Napoleon, OH

Our Napoleon, OH crews don't guess at spring tension or roller condition — they carry calibrated tools and check the full system before recommending a fix.

We've fixed doors installed decades ago and doors installed last year — Napoleon, OH's mix of older and newer construction means our trucks carry parts for both.

Every 5 Star Garage Door Service crew in Napoleon, OH operates under active insurance that protects your property, not just ours.

We run Napoleon, OH scheduling on software built for trade dispatch, not a booking calendar borrowed from another industry, which is why arrival windows tend to hold.

A technician who's covered Napoleon, OH for five years still sits through the same annual safety refresher as someone hired last month.

Catch It Early

Signs Your Garage Door Can't Wait

Most emergency calls we get in Napoleon, OH started as a small noise or a slow drift weeks earlier.

New Noise On Every Cycle

Metal-on-metal grinding usually means a bearing or roller is near the end of its service life.

Uneven Lift On One Side

One side lifting faster than the other usually points to uneven spring tension or a bent track.

Opener Reverses Randomly

Intermittent remote response often traces to a failing logic board inside the opener.

None of these symptoms fix themselves, and waiting usually turns a $150 repair into a $600 emergency call.
